The well-being of our customers and staff is our top priority.
Following government safety guidelines we have introduced new measures for our technicians while they are working inside your home.
1 .We will contact all customers 24 hours before their appointment to confirm that the household is covid free.
2 . All technicians are required to take 2 lateral flow tests per week.
3 . Facemasks will be worn whilst inside your home, unless working directly inside your oven.
4 . All technicians will be sanitizing their hands before and after each job.
5. Gloves are worn at all times.
6. Technicians will disinfect any surfaces or touch points after cleaning.
7 . We ask customers to increase ventilation where possible.
8. We ask customers and technicians to practice 2m social distancing at all times.

As government guidelines have changed, if you would like the above procedures put in place for you booking, please advise us at the time of booking.
If you require us just to wear a mask for your clean, please contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment and we can make sure your technician is fully aware that a mask needs to be worn.
